             Dreamweaver Fly Fishing Adventures

All fly fishing guiding and safaris are conducted by myself Stephen Stacey, owner of Dreamweaver Adventures. A personal passion of mine since coming across the 'Summer 88' edition of Flyfishing magazine in 1989. Although it was only in the spring of 1991 that I caught my first fish on fly after eventually having saved enough money for an outfit. Since then my adventures with rod in hand have taken me throughout South Africa, Zimbabwe and as far as Lake Victoria, which provided my largest fish on fly, a 16 lb Nile Perch.

Stealth fishing involving stalking and sight casting to fish is undoubtbly always my first choice. Any fish will do on fly though, and as Flip Pallot an author, poet and Florida guide once said "I'm a democratic angler ". Adaption, experimentation and inter-action are fundamental in our development as fly fishermen, with this in mind lets go fly fishing.
