Mini Conferences and Teambuilding
The Baviaanskloof offers the perfect opportunity for small groups or company's to arrange 2 -3 day conferences that include adventure activities aimed at teambuilding within the group. The unspoilt beauty of the remote wilderness is the ideal backdrop to tackle new strategy's and build on the fundamentals of your business.
The area is bound to expose personalities and individual traits that can then be developed upon, increasing productivity and cohesion in the workplace. Its a place for past differences to be resolved and to focus on productivity, direction and goals.
Activities to include in the package are hiking, kayaking, kloofing, fishing and basic teambuilding strategy's involving games etc. The activities also allow for people to be exposed to new boundary's and the realization that anything can be overcome once you set your mind to it.
The packages include transport, accommodation, all meals and basic refreshments, adventure activities and equipment, permits and any additional fees. Accommodation options range from camping ( all equipment supplied ), over-nite huts with bunk beds, lodges with all amenities to luxury B&B's. Clients need only bring preferential refreshments and sleeping bags if camping.
